In this role, you will:
Be the first face-to-face contact for customers, representing both Donnelly Group and Volkswagen
Engage with customers, presenting and demonstrating vehicles
Become an expert in the full Volkswagen model range
Deliver personalised experiences built on understanding customer needs and behaviours
Work closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to uphold our brand promise
