Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to optimise patient care

• Monitor and review patient medication regimens, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with the healthcare team

Contribute to the training and development of pharmacy support staff and students

• Engage in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge and skills

Successful completion of the Pre-Registration Pharmacy Year or equivalent experience

• NHS mandatory training completion

Commitment to continuous professional development

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Adherence to all Trust policies and procedures
