Internal Sales Executive

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + commission

Hours: Monday to Friday | Early finish every Friday

Job type: Permanent

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and generating new business?

We’re looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join a friendly, supportive team based in modern offices with excellent facilities. If you enjoy speaking to customers, identifying opportunities and seeing your efforts rewarded, this could be the perfect role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact prospective and existing customers
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Prepare and follow up quotations
  • Negotiate and secure customer orders
  • Manage your own sales pipeline using CRM
  • Process purchase orders and update customer records
  • Liaise with Customer Service and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Achieve monthly sales and activity targets

  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and target-driven approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for sales
