Responsibilities

• Design, implement and enhance network monitoring solutions.
• Ensure peak performance and reliability across all infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with engineering and non‑technical stakeholders to translate complex monitoring concepts into actionable insights.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring tools and practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Monitoring Architect or in a comparable role.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure monitoring.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Effective communication skills, capable of explaining technical details to non‑technical stakeholders.
