Description

• Lead the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and other compliance activities.
• Provide tax advice on international transactions and cross-border activities.
• Oversee the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the organisation’s global tax position.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on tax planning initiatives.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
• Support audits and manage relationships with tax authorities as required.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on tax-related matters.

Profile

A successful International Tax Manager should have:

• A professional qualification in tax or accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
• Strong technical knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex tax issues.
• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
