Aikido is looking for a Sales Manager in Greater London to manage and coach a team of up to 9 Account Executives. This role is not purely managerial, as it requires leading from the front, closing strategic deals, and improving sales processes.

The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments, including marketing and product, to support Aikido’s rapid growth across Europe. Strong coaching skills, technical product knowledge, and SaaS experience are critical for success in this position.
