Site Manager in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire

Albion Search are currently working with a house builder to appoint a Site Manager for 6 weeks cover on the outskirts of Middlesbrough.

The ideal candidate will of managed volume house building sites and will be familiar and knowledgeable with NHBC regs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Management of the build programme
• Ensuring CML’s are delivered on time
• H&S
• Management of trades & sub-contractors
• RAMS
• NHBC Liaison
• Inductions

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant house building experience.
