Strategic Nursing Leader – Quality & Patient Care

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a Deputy Director of Nursing to provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad portfolio of corporate nursing priorities. You will work with Executive Directors and Senior Nursing teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Your role will involve operational delivery responsibility, participation in on-call rotas, and supporting continuous improvement within services. Welsh Language Skills (Level 3/B2) are desirable.
