Origin Legal is seeking an experienced UK Solicitor (2-7 years PQE) for a full-time role in Essex, working within their prestigious Commercial and Corporate Finance Business team. The role offers the opportunity for some remote flexibility based on work commitments.

The ideal candidate will handle a variety of corporate and commercial matters including share sales, management buyouts, and corporate governance. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, initiative, and a drive for business development and marketing.
