Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering function at a strategically important manufacturing site with multiple production lines.
• Drive improvements in reliability, performance and engineering standards.
• Identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions and build a high‑performing engineering culture.
• Influence site strategy, shape future CAPEX plans and deliver meaningful operational improvements.

Key Requirements of an Engineering Manager

• A recognised engineering qualification – Mechanical, Electrical, Process or Chemical
• Proven Engineering Management experience within FMCG, food, packaging, chemical or process manufacturing.
• Strong background in reliability, maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing engineering budgets and CAPEX projects.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills.
