A well-established, private equity‑backed consumer business with operations across multiple UK sites is looking to strengthen its finance team with the appointment of an FP&A Manager. The business has experienced sustained growth in recent years and offers a genuinely commercial environment where finance plays a central role in decision‑making.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified finance professional with strong FP&A credentials to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cashflow modelling at group level, working closely with site and operational teams across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting cycles
- Building and maintaining robust cashflow forecasting models
- Producing insightful financial and operational analysis to support decision‑making
- Partnering with operational stakeholders across multiple sites to challenge and support performance
- Developing Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key metrics
- Identifying opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Proven FP&A experience gained within a multi‑site business
- Strong technical modelling skills, particularly around cashflow forecasting
- Confident, hands‑on user of Power BI
- A natural communicator who can translate numbers into commercial insight for non‑finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment
