Job Description

This is a new role to focus on a new contract won site managing the location, staff and operations. You will oversee a contract based on commercial property related services, working alongside a team of highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals, and help to deliver exceptional services for clients within the commercial and property sectors. Requirements for this role

• Experience in operations management
• Experience working alongside third party contractors, builders and suppliers
• CPD in Health and Safety
• Flexible working required, including occasional weekends and bank holidays
• Fit into the company culture and mission
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Managing projects simultaneously, working well within tight deadlines and under pressure
• Budget management prior experience

• £26K, depending on experience
