Opportunity

As a Staff Data Analyst you will lead the strategic use of data across the organization, embedding a data‑driven culture, mentoring junior analysts, and directly influencing product strategy in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality analysis and recommendations to support Product Teams.
  • Conduct in‑depth customer journey analysis and measure the impact of multi‑channel strategies.
  • Uncover hidden insights through ad‑hoc data exploration, visualization, and advanced self‑service tooling.
  • Partner with data engineers to evolve data sets and pipelines, ensuring our tech stack remains cutting‑edge.
  • Promote the capabilities of the analysis team across the business to foster a data‑first mindset.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with managers on individual and team development.

Qualifications

  • Experience of 6+ years as an Analyst or Data Scientist with a STEM, Economics, or similar degree.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and a passion for deep data exploration.
  • Proven ability to design and conduct robust A/B tests and solve complex problems.
  • Strong collaboration skills working across cross‑functional product and development teams.
  • Upfront, honest, and proactive in challenging the status quo and shaping business decisions.
  • Prior knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
