  • Track performance of the development team and measure story completion against current velocity across multiple work streams.
  • Lead a cross‑functional team, including solution architects, data architects, business analysts, report designers, consultants, and service providers.
  • Manage internal stakeholders actively and resolve conflicts between competing requirements.
  • Oversee multiple third‑party service providers.
  • Provide frequent reporting to programme and steering board level.

  • Experience using tailored Agile delivery methodology.
  • Previous experience of organisational change management initiatives.
  • Proven experience of planning, monitoring, reporting, and delivering benefits and outcomes.
  • Experience working at a senior level in a high‑profile, complex environment; ability to understand and respond to different perspectives and take a cross‑organisational view.
  • Experience of supplier management and of changing supplier services.
  • Proven experience of budgetary control and management.
  • Proven ability to lead engagement and communication with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, and to influence others.
  • Excellent people skills and proven ability to motivate, develop and hold large and diverse teams to account.
  • Clear evidence of working effectively as a collaborative and supportive team member.
  • Ability to think critically and analytically to draw sound conclusions on the basis of complex data.
  • Ability to promote collaborative working across boundaries between teams and create a sense of community.
