Deskside & Remote IT Support Engineer

ECS Resource Group Ltd is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team in Lytham, supporting customers across hardware and software environments. This position requires delivering excellent remote and deskside support while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key responsibilities include providing technical support, performing break/fix activities and ensuring high-quality resolutions in a fast-paced customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT engineering and strong troubleshooting skills.
