12 MONTH FTC – Technical Accounting & Reporting Manager – INSURANCE SECTOR

London based / hybrid working

Supporting the External Reporting team in terms of technical accounting, implementation of new regulatory standards, and reporting projects.

Responsibilities

• Financial, Regulatory, Statutory, Solvency II and Management Reporting
• Audit coordination
• Preparation of technical papers
• Lead on accounting assessments of new acquisitions and investments
• Point of contact for regulatory requests

Qualifications

• Solid technical accounting and regulatory reporting experience gained in an insurance business
• Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA
• Strong financial accounting skill set
• Experience of streamlining processes/automation is an advantage
• Experience of Solvency II reporting is a definite advantage
• Advanced Excel ability
