Front-End Manufacturing Lean Engineer: Lead Time & Flow

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer in Wimborne for a 6-month contract role. You will lead analysis, optimisation, and transformation of front-end production processes.

Your responsibilities include mapping current production workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements. A strong manufacturing background with proven process optimisation and Lean experience is essential.

The role requires full SC Clearance and offers a competitive rate of £50-£55 per hour.
