Maintenance and Contract Manager

Overview

Maintenance and Contract Manager (261154) – Earn £50,000 to £55,000 pa, plus 34 days leave (including bank holidays and a “me day”) with family friendly policies. Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday, covering our Yorkshire sites, working from one of our offices and from home. We can’t offer a CoS for this role.

What you’ll do

• Lead contractor relationships to deliver great customer outcomes
• Manage disputes and complaints with a focus on resolution
• Drive performance across your work stream and team
• Keep budgets on track and ensure value for money
• Support new projects and improve how we work

You have

• A RICS or CIOB degree accredited Building Surveying degree or similar qualification
• Strong knowledge of housing, building legislation and compliance
• Experience of managing contractors and resolving disputes
• Confidence using data to drive decisions and performance

Other details

• You’ll work core hours between 08:30 to 16:30 with flexibility built in
• Hybrid basis: 2 days per week in an office, the rest from home and travelling to sites
• You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage
• You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for
