1st Step is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to support a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor on a new Data Centre project in North London. This long-term contract role involves supervising the operational project team, ensuring high-quality installations, and promoting health and safety practices.

This position requires experience in managing project budgets and delivering on time while maintaining standards. An HNC/HND in Building Services or a mechanical qualification is desirable.
