Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer – FLT and MHE

Location: Covering BS11 Postcodes (Avonmouth)

Hours: Monday to Friday – 40‑hour or 45‑hour week available.

Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 (40 hours) or £36,000 – £42,500 (45 hours)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service Forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment across customer sites.
• Plan and execute work schedules independently while coordinating with the technical team.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background, ideally with FLT/Mobile Plant/HGV or industrial vehicle experience.
• Engineering skills in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous field service engineering experience is advantageous but not essential.
