Maintenance Engineer – Sheffield

£44,000–£50,000 + Overtime + Bonus + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

Part of a 37.5 hour a week, Monday to Friday days‑based team.

The Opportunity

This is a technically varied, hands‑on role within a modern manufacturing environment. You will work across both electrical and mechanical systems, supporting three new production lines and the company’s expansion plans.

The Role

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime.
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Support ongoing improvements across new and existing production lines.
• Work within a days‑based team, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours).
• Optional overtime available to significantly boost earnings.

The Person

• Electrically qualified.
• Experience in maintenance or service (mechanical and/or electrical).
• Open to engineers from any background; manufacturing experience not essential.
• Keen to learn, develop and progress within a growing business.
