Site-Based CAPEX M&E Project Lead

iO Associates, based in North Hertfordshire, are seeking a Building & Construction Project Leader to oversee CAPEX building services projects. The successful candidate will lead multi-functional teams and ensure compliance with technical standards and health & safety regulations on site.

You should have proven project delivery experience, especially in building services, along with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. This is a site-based role offering up to £40 per hour inside IR35.
