Lead EW Engineer – Defence Systems

CBS Butler is seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team in Greater London. The role involves leading the design and development of advanced Electronic Warfare systems, working closely with defence customers, and providing technical leadership across various engineering activities.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days onsite in Romsey and a competitive salary of £70,000 – £80,000 per annum, plus a 6% annual bonus. Ideal candidates will possess strong understanding of RF systems, communication technologies, and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
