Responsibilities
- Supervise subcontractor personnel to ensure timely and quality execution of mechanical erection activities
- Execute the mechanical erection strategy in line with the project and mechanical construction plan
- Schedule and oversee mandatory and conformity testing, including inspections and walk‑downs
- Manage and clear allocated punch list items promptly
- Oversee preparation and maintenance of as‑built and SWCF documentation
- Promote strict compliance with EHS and quality requirements, conducting toolbox talks and inspections
- Coordinate mechanical package readiness for turnover to commissioning
- Report progress, performance, forecasts, and EHS metrics to site management
Must‑have Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in a relevant technical discipline
- Proven experience in site construction execution and subcontractor management
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and general power plant operations
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Ability to enforce quality and EHS standards consistently
Nice‑to‑have Skills
- Formal training in power plant construction or engineering
- Experience working within multicultural environments
