Maintenance Engineer (Building Services / BMS)

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a facilities team maintaining building services and Building Management Systems (BMS). You’ll deliver PPM, reactive repairs and fault finding, ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures.

Key duties include:

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and control systems
• Commission, operate and fault‑find Trend or Tridium BMS (essential)
• Support BMS integration with site IT/network (basic TCP/IP) and resolve connectivity/config issues with IT
• Complete inspections, testing and planned maintenance schedules
• Produce clear job reports, maintenance logs and technical documentation
• Ensure H&S compliance, including RA/PTW where required
• Coordinate contractors/suppliers and communicate progress to stakeholders

Requirements: proven maintenance engineering experience, strong troubleshooting skills, good communication, Trend/Tridium certification (essential).

Preferred: relevant technical qualification, CSCS (or equivalent), driving licence, flexible approach to hours.
