Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers and targets to help them solve their problems via better use of FlightGlobal products and services.
- Act as a conduit between FlightGlobal clients/targets and FlightGlobal’s Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams to better understand the commercial airline industry and the data, tools and methods to solve industry problems.
- Travel may be up to 30% of FlightGlobal’s time to provide in‑person support for field sales initiatives regionally and occasionally worldwide.
- Employ strong interpersonal skills, organization, meticulousness, creativity, and a desire to tackle challenges and contribute to company objectives and growth.
- Report to the Global Team Leader and be based in Western Europe, ideally London.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Educate current and potential clients on the benefits of FlightGlobal data and solutions as they relate to the commercial airline sector.
- Demonstrate how FlightGlobal tools and data help solve users’ commercial planning problems.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to create and maintain sales collateral such as presentations, proposals, sell sheets, email campaigns, and trade‑show positioning materials.
- Assist sales calls remotely or in‑person to qualify opportunities and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
- Summarize customers’ technical perspectives to help Sales, Marketing and Tech teams better understand user expectations and goals.
- Help qualify and prioritize customer problems that FlightGlobal can solve from a technical and commercial perspective.
- Understand customer requirements and map them against FlightGlobal’s technical capabilities.
- Assist in the production of sales proposals, RFPs and tender documents.
- Train the sales team continuously on FlightGlobal’s solutions and on delivering excellent product demonstrations.
- Work with Product Managers to maintain sales collateral such as slide decks, proposals, PPTs, sell sheets, and customer emails.
Key Skills Required
- Strong desire and ability to assist customers and targets in solving their problems through the use of FlightGlobal tools and data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in client‑facing contexts, and high comfort working with people across several organizations.
- Experience in a pre‑sales or sales role, collaborating with Sales Teams and understanding the full sales life cycle and processes.
- Highly motivated self‑starter, naturally proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including strong PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to travel globally, sometimes on relatively short notice.
- Experience with Diio Mi and other FlightGlobal products highly preferred.
- Desirable ability to speak multiple languages.
