Enterprise Implementation Lead — SMS & Email Onboarding

MetaProp is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the onboarding of Enterprise customers across the UK and EMEA. You’ll work on complex projects, coordinating with multiple teams while improving implementation processes and customer outcomes.

This role requires strong project management skills and technical expertise in ESP platforms, ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years in a customer-facing technical role, capable of managing multiple implementations simultaneously while fostering a collaborative environment.
