Geography Teacher – Leamington Spa

About the role:

A “Good” Ofsted-rated school in Leamington Spa is seeking a Geography Teacher for a full-time, long-term role beginning September 2026. This role will is expected to last until December 2026.

The school is known for its welcoming atmosphere and strong leadership team. Staff benefit from excellent CPD opportunities, and students are encouraged to explore global issues, sustainability, and fieldwork-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Geography KS3–KS4, including full classroom responsibilities
• Deliver fieldwork activities
• Promote environmental awareness
• Assess and track progress

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Geography to GCSE level
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Two references we are able to apply for, desirably from an educational setting
