We’re recruiting for an Account Manager to join a growing organisation based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The successful Account Manager will become the key contact for a portfolio of school clients, ensuring relationships are nurtured, expectations are exceeded, and operational requirements are managed effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of school clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and support
  • Gathering and reviewing client feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Managing facility availability, closures, and scheduling requirements
  • Monitoring operational performance and supporting reporting activities
  • Supporting client retention and long-term engagement

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within an Account Manager, Client Relationship or Customer Success Manager role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong administration and organisational abilities
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Confidence working with operational data and performance measures
  • Experience working within education, public sector, facilities, or service-led environments would be advantageous
