Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships through outbound telephone activity and ongoing account management.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Follow up enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversions.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop long-term customer relationships to maximise repeat business and account growth.
About You
- Previous experience within sales, telesales, customer retention, account management, customer service or business development.
- Confident communicating with customers over the telephone.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient and target driven.
- Commercially aware with a customer-focused approach.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
