Impactful Housing Outreach Specialist

Ashfield District Council is seeking an Assertive Outreach Officer to support households facing homelessness in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. This full-time permanent role focuses on proactive engagement and relationship-building with individuals in urgent housing need.

The ideal candidate will conduct needs assessments, develop action plans with service users, and work alongside various agencies to facilitate housing solutions. You will also play a key role in maintaining case records and contribute to service improvement.
