Main duties of the job
As a Home Manager you will be a leading face in the delivery of person-centred care, helping to set us apart. Job responsibilities
You will manage a home of your own, leading teams, maintaining high standards of care, ensuring compliance with safeguarding, CQC and other regulatory guidelines, and fostering strong links within the local community.

Qualifications
- Inspirational leadership skills, passion for person-centred care, a successful track record of developing and motivating teams, excellent organisational and management skills, care home management experience, marketing and occupancy experience, strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines, ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels, and experience in creating strong links within the local community.
