EHCP Coordinator for SEND & Family Support

Connect2Surrey is looking for a proactive individual to develop and maintain Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in East Horsley, United Kingdom. You will collaborate with families, schools, and key partner agencies to ensure appropriate support for children with Special Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The ideal candidate should have a minimum A level education or equivalent experience, along with experience in maintaining EHCPs and working collaboratively with vulnerable children and their families.
