Reservations Specialist – Hotel Front Office & PMS Expert

CARLTON CITY HOTEL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced hotel reservations agent in Penarth, Wales. You will be responsible for processing room reservations accurately and updating details in the Property Management System (PMS).

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, be familiar with the Opera Cloud PMS, and possess excellent telephone etiquette. Additional duties will support overall hotel operations.
