Development Officer – EPA

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a proven track record of excellent assessment and material design to join a national and best company award organisation credited for their workplace culture.

This hands‑on role will require an organised person who can get involved in putting course material and content together. Your main responsibility is to manage the development process of apprenticeship materials and end point assessment processes. You must have good communication and relationship skills and experience working in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• M anage apprenticeship materials, proof reading content
• Maintain and establish relationships with training providers
• Ensure all necessary criteria is met
• Gather and monitor customer feedback
• Prepare and run events

Qualifications / Skillset

• Have a proven background in qualification assessment/ ideally apprenticeships
• Degree educated preferred
• Held a similar position/role
• Organised
• Excellent written and communication skills

Salary /Benefits

• Salary 28k – 34k depending on experience
• Pension
