I am partnering with a boutique law firm in the heart of London who are seeking a polished, confident, and personable candidate to join their team in an HR and Talent Manager role. Acting as first point of contact within HR, you will play a key role in providing positive HR generalist advice and support to partners, managers and employees – this is the sole HR role in the firm. What you’ll do:
- Act as first point of contact for all HR matters
- Report to the Managing Director
- Provide advice to Partners regarding HR Management and updates on billable hours
- Prepare HR documentation, including offer letters and contracts, along with other documents
- Manage salary and bonus reviews
- Provide coaching to employees to improve their performance and career progression
Who you are:
- 4+ years in a similar role within a law firm or professional services firm
- Desired qualification of CIPD Level 5, or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and HR systems, ideally some coaching experience too
- Good emotional intelligence and great work ethic
- Proactive attitude and a people-focused approach
- Team player
