Deputy Home Manager
Learning Disabilities Residential Care, Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Salary £29,000 per annum + performance‑related bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Registered Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the home.
- Leading, motivating and developing a dedicated staff team.
- Promoting a culture of person‑centred care and positive outcomes.
- Supporting quality assurance, compliance and CQC standards.
- Creating a positive, stable and engaging environment for residents and colleagues.
- Acting as a role model and providing hands‑on leadership across the service.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or Team Leader within adult residential care.
- Background supporting adults with learning disabilities is essential.
- NVQ Level 4 or Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards this).
- Positive, approachable leadership style capable of inspiring and supporting others.
- Genuine passion for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
- Right to work in the UK.
