Deputy Home Manager

Learning Disabilities Residential Care, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Salary £29,000 per annum + performance‑related bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Registered Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the home.
• Leading, motivating and developing a dedicated staff team.
• Promoting a culture of person‑centred care and positive outcomes.
• Supporting quality assurance, compliance and CQC standards.
• Creating a positive, stable and engaging environment for residents and colleagues.
• Acting as a role model and providing hands‑on leadership across the service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or Team Leader within adult residential care.
• Background supporting adults with learning disabilities is essential.
• NVQ Level 4 or Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards this).
• Positive, approachable leadership style capable of inspiring and supporting others.
• Genuine passion for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
• Right to work in the UK.
