CHC Development Assessor (Band 5)

Central East Integrated Care Board is looking for a Band 5 Development CHC Assessor in Ely. This role is designed for entry-level practitioners to build the necessary skills for a fully autonomous CHC Assessor. You will receive structured support, training, and supervision to gradually take on more responsibilities in the CHC assessment process.

The Development Assessor will actively engage in learning and contribute to evidence gathering, liaising with professionals, and developing independent working capabilities in assessments. Flexibility and a passion for patient care are essential.
