Distribution Administrator
£26,000 per annum, Permanent, 09:00am to 17:30pm M-F, BS35 Severn Beach, Bristol, 31 days holiday, Bonus, Pension, Health plan, Eye care, On site parking and employee share purchase plan.
Responsibilities
- Handling client/customer calls and processing orders.
- Inputting order information and checking inventory records.
- Producing inventory reports via internal system.
- Raising client invoices.
- Liaising with transport companies to arrange UK based pick up / delivery of products.
- Providing warehouse staff with order information to prepare for dispatch.
- Email and telephone correspondence with clients.
Qualifications
- Administrative and customer services background.
- Proficient use of Microsoft programs and confidence in picking up new packages.
- CRM system experience beneficial, full training provided.
