This is a newly created position to support the business with a key period of integration and transformation across the Group.
This contract has been signed off as a lengthy day rate (inside IR35) and is expected to last around 12 months.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day, working closely with the Group Finance Director, you will take ownership of the overall finance integration, ensuring alignment of processes, reporting, and controls following the recent TUPE transfer.
Qualifications
You need to be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience at the level of Finance Director or similar.
Location
Fully office‑based; the role requires someone based in or close to Kettering.
Additional Context
There is no pressing crisis – the business has money in the bank. However, the acquisition and realignment of businesses have created an increased workload that will be handled through this role.
