Associate Director Mechanical (Design & Projects) – Manchester – to £66,000 + Package (Bonus c.15% of salary, Medical & Pension 12%)

This role sits with one of the world’s largest Commercial Property Consultancies, the number 1 in the global market for leasing, property sales, property management, occupier outsourcing and valuations.

Due to growth, they are now looking for an Associate Director – Mechanical Building Services Engineering to join their Manchester office with a strong order book and significant pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Design & Projects service offering to internal clients.
• Manage projects from concept design through to stage 4 detailed design.
• Act as client representative on projects, engaging with the client’s team.
• Develop and expand design and commercial client‑facing and project management skills.
• Provide leadership and support to the wider M& E team.
