This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to act as the first point of contact for Business School undergraduate students to provide specialist knowledge and serve as a key contact, addressing their concerns, questions, and needs and act as a coach to students, empowering them to own their student journey. You will work as part of the Education and Student Experience team.
You will need excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and easily with a range of stakeholders including students, academic colleagues, and senior managers.
