The Opportunity

  • Advising public and private sector clients on a broad range of infrastructure, projects and energy matters.
  • Working on commercial contracts relating to major infrastructure, transport, energy and public sector projects.
  • Supporting clients across sectors including renewable energy, utilities, healthcare, transport and local government.
  • Assisting with procurement and commercial advisory work on large-scale public sector infrastructure projects.
  • Advising on innovative and high-profile developments involving both public and private sector stakeholders.
  • Working closely with experienced partners and lawyers across a national and international projects practice.
  • Building strong client relationships while gaining exposure to a wide variety of transactional and advisory work.
  • Developing specialist expertise within one of the most active and evolving areas of the legal market.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.
  • Experience within Infrastructure, Projects & Energy, Commercial Contracts, Procurement or a similar commercial practice area.
  • Strong drafting skills with experience preparing and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Commercially aware with a genuine interest in infrastructure, energy and public sector projects.
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple matters within a busy environment.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to develop within a growing practice.
  • Interested in building long-term expertise within the infrastructure and energy sectors.
