Responsibilities
The ability to manage a mixed case load of finance and children work. You will have experience in business development. At Belderbos Solicitors we believe in helping clients throughout the process to include taking initial enquiries to initial appointments. You can either represent your clients at court or instruct counsel.
We welcome solicitors and chartered legal executives who can handle matrimonial, finance, and children work. An existing professional network and business development skills are a plus, but not mandatory. We are open to candidates interested in consultancy models as well.
Qualifications
You will have 5 years or more PQE as a solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with excellent communication skills and be a trained mediator / collaborative lawyer or willingness to train to become one.
Naturally you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and empathetic.
