The Role
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key healthcare account in the facial aesthetics space. You will lead client relationships, oversee delivery, and ensure work is executed to a high standard within regulated environments, working closely with internal and freelance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of a key healthcare account
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Oversee delivery, timelines, and coordination of workstreams
- Run client meetings independently
- Manage internal teams and external freelancers
- Ensure compliance within regulated healthcare environments
- Identify opportunities for account growth
About You
- Proven experience operating at Account Director level within healthcare or pharma
- Strong understanding of regulated environments
- Confident leading senior client interactions
- Experience working with European clients
- Highly organised and delivery-focused

- Experience in facial aesthetics or injectables
- Background in HCP or B2B healthcare communications
