Retail Manager – Lead the Way at Bristol Airport!
Are you an accomplished and driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? World Duty Free is seeking a highly capable Retail Manager to take charge of our team at Bristol airport.
Contract – 21 hours per week, part time, working 3 days out of 7 between 0400-2300 (full flexibility needed)
Salary – Annual salary with a 12% Management Bonus

Your Responsibilities:
- Inspiring and leading the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Coaching and developing the team to achieve sales targets and uphold store standards
- Collaborating with peers and Customer Service Leaders to ensure seamless operations
- Maximizing department and category performance to optimise overall store success
- Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
What You Need:
- Proven track record in successfully managing a team within a retail customer service and sales environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong customer focus and the ability to engage and influence both internal and external customers
- Self‑motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, and a natural team leader
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills to handle day-to-day store operations
