I’m partnering with a private equity-backed technology business executing an ambitious buy-and-build strategy, with multiple acquisitions completed and a strong pipeline of further deals. Operating in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, the business is scaling rapidly and building out a best-in-class finance function to support integration and growth.
As part of this journey, they’re hiring an FP&A Manager to play a key role in driving financial insight, supporting acquisition integration, and enhancing forecasting and performance visibility across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering: Work closely with senior leadership and operational heads, providing insight, challenge, and supporting strategic decision‑making
- Group Reporting & Insights: Deliver consolidated reporting across a multi‑entity structure, including KPIs, variance analysis, and performance tracking
- Forecasting: Own group budgeting and forecasting processes, incorporating newly acquired businesses
- Commercial Analysis: Provide insight into revenue drivers, cost synergies, and performance across the portfolio
- Modelling: Build and maintain models to support M&A activity, integration, and growth scenarios
- Integration Support: Partner with finance and ops teams to embed newly acquired businesses into group reporting and processes
- Process Improvement: Drive standardisation and improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and data across the group
What We’re Looking For
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 3–5 years PQE in FP&A or commercial finance
- Experience in a PE-backed, technology, or high‑growth environment
- Exposure to multi‑entity / group structures or M&A integration is highly desirable
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Confident business partner, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel (experience with BI / FP&A tools beneficial)
- Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment
