Data Analyst or Data Business Analyst – Azure Data Factory, Snowflake and Star, Medallion Architecture, Insurance, Geospatial Data – £550/day Inside IR35, 6 month Contract, London/City (Hybrid 2 days in office per week)

Our client, a global insurance firm, requires an experienced Data Analyst to collaborate with their Data Engineering team on Azure data warehouse projects using ADF / Azure Data Factory. The role involves ETL processes, Star / Snowflake schemas, and geospatial (geo‑location) data transformation. The successful candidate will have a background in insurance and a strong Azure skill set.

Key responsibilities include:

• Data analysis for Azure data warehouse design and implementation.
• ETL process design and optimisation.
• Development and maintenance of Snowflake / Star schemas.
• Handling geospatial and geo‑location data.

Benefits and conditions:

• Rate: £550 per day, Inside IR35.
• Contract duration: 6 months initial.
• Hybrid working: 2 days per week in London office.
