Salary: £50,000 – 55,000 per year
Requirements
- We are looking for someone with previous experience in an Information Security, Cyber Security, or Security Governance role.
- We need a strong understanding of security principles, risk management, and security frameworks.
- We value experience working with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
- We need knowledge of security incident management and threat mitigation.
- We are looking for strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- We value a proactive approach to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ would be advantageous, but are not essential.
Responsibilities
- We will ask you to support and maintain our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- You will identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across our business.
- You will investigate and respond to security incidents, working with internal teams and external security partners.
- You will support compliance activities, audits, and security certifications including ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
- You will respond to client security enquiries and assist with supplier security assessments.
- You will promote security awareness and best practice throughout our organisation.
