Strategic Capacity & Leadership Development Lead

Corehr seeks an Organisational Capacity and Leadership Development Lead for the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration Thames Valley, based at the University of Oxford. In this position, you will lead the design and implementation of a capacity development programme aimed at enhancing organisational capability and leadership.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience and significant experience in delivering development activities in complex settings. The position is flexible, with a minimum of 3 days on-site work weekly, offering opportunities for collaboration across various sectors.
